Quick Referral Response

By responding quickly to referrals sent through your Amplify dashboard, you can provide a seamless experience to your patients. You can add team members to receive referral notifications by going to your Simplifeye dashboard, clicking on the admin section, and adding their email addresses.

Would your team like to also receive text messages for referrals? The admin or owner of the account can go into the Users tab to add the team member’s cell phone number or your patient recall number system phone number into the dashboard to enable SMS notifications.

Follow-Up Calls

Use the Simplifeye dashboard to leave notes and track your referral follow-ups. Have a recall system? Some practices like to send follow-up emails and text messages in addition to making calls. Stay organized with the tools we provide to ensure you’re converting each referral and filling your chairs.

Update the Office Voicemail

Let patients know that you are available 24/7 on the website.


Example: Thank you for calling {Practice Name}. We are excited to hear from you and we are very sorry that we missed your call. Your call is important to us; you can leave a message after the beep or go to our website and chat with us live. We are available 24/7 to chat with you live on our website at {your website address}. Please leave your name, number, and message after the beep and we will call you back as soon as we receive your message. {Covid protocol}. Again, thank you for calling and we look forward to talking with you.

Email Existing Patients

Take some pressure off of the front desk. Reach out to current patients and let them know that they can now chat with the practice simply by visiting: {your website}. 

Link Facebook Messenger

Use Facebook to your advantage! Follow these step-by-step instructions to link Facebook messenger to Amplify live chat. Your patients will love the instant communication and your team will love the time it saves you.

Help Us Represent You

Has your office made any changes? Let us know! Tell us about any updates to hours, services, special offers, insurance plans, etc. so we can relay accurate information to prospective patients. Log into your Simplifeye dashboard and chat with us (lower right corner) and we will take care of the rest.

Post Messages to Social Media

Post to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and your other social media channels to let current and potential patients know they can have their questions answered 24/7 through your live chat. You can also end social media posts with a call-to-action such as “Call our office or chat with us live 24/7 on [your website] to book your next appointment. We’d love to see you.”
